- How do I check the status of my order?
- Simply click the ‘Order Status’ icon at the top of the page on the 123Stores website. This will give you a real time status update on your order.
- How do I amend my order once I have gone through the checkout process?
- Contact us immediately and we will do our best to amend the order you have placed with us.
- How do I cancel my order?
- Contact us immediately. If you contact us before your order has been processed then the order can be cancelled and you will not incur any charges. If you contact us after the order has been processed then the order can still be cancelled but you will incur a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs.
- Do you provide an invoice when an order is placed?
- Yes. You will receive an invoice via email once the order is complete.
- How do I know when you have received my order?
- After your order has been successfully placed on 123Stores you will receive a confirmation email.
- What happens when a product in my order is out of stock?
- In the unlikely event that a product is unavailable after order, we will contact you immediately. You will receive a prompt refund and, on your request, be informed when the product is back in stock.
- What do I do if a product in my order is faulty or damaged?
- Contact us. We accept faulty or damaged goods for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery. Once we have verified the damage or defect we will process a fast refund or replacement.

- What is the warranty policy for products on 123Stores?
- The warranties for products on 123Stores come directly from the manufacturer and not us. If you would like information on the warranty for a particular product we request that you contact them for the policy.

- All products on this site are genuine and authentic. 123Stores carries out comprehensive checks with suppliers and will always maintain upmost quality and integrity when it comes to products on sale.

- What do I do if the product I want is out of stock?
- You can sign up to be notified when the product is back in stock. To do this go the product page and below the price click on the ‘Sign up to be notified’ link.
- Will you provide additional discount if I buy products in bulk?
- 123Stores already offers substantial discounts on products throughout the site. Our price is unbeatable when compared to other marketplaces. Due to such low prices we are unable to offer further discount.
- How can I get the SKU/Product Code for a product on 123Stores?
- Go to the product page and click on ‘Additional Information’ next to the ‘Product Description’. This will give you the SKU and Product Code.

- We accept all major Credit Cards. Customers can also use their PayPal and Amazon accounts to make payments.

- How good is the packaging for products when they are shipped?
- All products on 123Stores are very well packed to avoid damage during delivery. Most products come in toughened card board boxes along with heavy inner packing. We also only ship with UPS, USPS and FedEx; these shipping partners provide the best service when it comes to handling products from 123Stores.
- What is the 123Stores ‘Fast and Easy 30 Day Returns’ Policy?
- We accept returns for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery. If you have received a faulty or damaged product then we will offer a refund or replacement at no cost to you once it has been verified. For orders that have been shipped out containing an incorrect product then we will offer a refund or replacement at no cost to you as long as the product is unused and unopened. If you wish to return a product for any other reason then we will accept the return on the basis that the product is unused and unopened but you will incur a 15% restocking fee along with shipping costs.

- Returning a product is fast and easy. If the product is damaged, faulty or we shipped you an incorrect product then contact us and we will send you a prepaid shipping return label. Simply post the product and you will receive a fast refund or exchange.
